| What is Tencel: | Tencel is a synthetic fiber constructed from reconstituted cellulose, but its origins are natural. It's derived from farm-grown eucalyptus trees, the wood is used to construct its fibers. These fibers are then spun into yarn, which is woven to create a soft, durable, and highly breathable fabric. Tencel is know to be softer than silk, more absorbent than cotton, and cooler than linen. |

A closed-loop process is used in the weaving and due to this, nearly one hundred percent of its non-toxic solvent is recovered. 100% Organic Tencel is also recognized for the minimal use of water and the renewable nature of the eucalyptus trees used to produce its cellulose material. |
